🌟Top Rated Reviewer🌟 This location always has an "are they open?" feel. It seems severely understaffed. 💁 I waited in the drive through for 5 min⏳ at the mic and no one ever came on the speaker 🔊 to ask for my order. I finally went inside and still no one came to the cash register. Ever. I just ordered on the kiosk and eventually food did come out of the kitchen. 🍽️ My coffee☕ wasn't mixed at all and my breakfast burrito🌮 was dried out. Sadly, this is all par for the course at this McDonald's. ❤️👍 if helpful, thanks! 🙏

I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child. Eating inside is always nostalgic. The food is great 9/10 times. The service used to be great but now it’s terrible. Some workers are kind and respectful, while most others are very rude and unprofessional. Your drive thru waits can last anywhere from 3 to 30 mins, but usually on the longer side. Also one of the employees just asked me to return my bag for her to proof check me saying that there was no ranch in the bag. So after a few back and forths I returned it to prove her she was wrong. I am not a person that leaves reviews, but this has to be said. I’m giving them a star because you have to when you leave a review, but it really should be 0 stars. I have lived in Birmingham my entire life and not one time has this McDonald’s been good. I periodically stop and try again just to see if anything gets better and it NEVER has. It’s honestly comical at this point. Your food takes forever to get to you. Then, somehow the fries and burger are cold. The fries aren’t salted, literally not a grain of salt on them, and the burgers aren’t seasoned. You’ll be lucky to get bread on a burge

The worst McDonald's I've ever have eaten at. You have to wait 20 to 30 min to receive your food. I come by here at least 4 times a week and its horrible day and night. Sometimes I will go to a different McDonald's to get better service. Its been like this for 2 years. The only reason it stays in business because of location.
