Tropical Smoothie in Hoover was absolutely AMAZING! 😍 From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The atmosphere was great, the inside was super clean, and every employee had a smile on their face which made the experience even better. The smoothies were DELICIOUS, and the food tasted incredibly fresh and made to order. You can truly tell they care about customer service and quality. My husband and I arrived at the store at 8:36 p.m. to discover that it was already closed. We observed two staff members engaged in conversation and leisurely strolling around the premises. Additionally, we noticed another gentleman who had placed an online order 30 minutes prior. Despite this, the store refused to fulfill his order or even attempt to prepare it. The store’s advertised hours of operation, which are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., are inaccurate. Staff were friendly but unprofessional. All 3 quesadillas we purchased looked and tasted old. The lady who took my order got one of the quesadillas wrong (was just supposed to be cheese) but we didn't get charged extra, so whatever. Bathroom was pretty gross.
