This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! The wait at this store is ALWAYS. 30-45 minutes BEFORE ordering then another 30-45 after ordering, ya’l need to get more help it’s pitiful to have to wait that long after driving 15 minutes one way to get here, then realize they didn’t get your order right, on a positive note good to see them cleaning the outside, inside next……..UPDATE 4/23/25, decided to go back here since my last encounter, not only did I pay for white meat and received dark, my chicken was raw, and since when do you all serve apple pies with no frosting? That’s the reason for getting them,

I have a love hate relationship with this place I love it because your food will be fresh and hot. I hate it because you're going to wait for it. It's never less than a twenty minute wait. I don't get how I'm the only person in line and they say ma'am can you pull up to the parking lot your food will be right out. Lies! Anyway that's my experience fresh hot food that you're going to wait for.

That asian manager need to go. Everytime I order a box with whites, she gives me dark, and its only her. I have let it slide so many times, but I had to say something because I had enough of the ripping off. The other manager lady there is great! When complaining to asian manager to fix my order, she is throwing the bag with box of chicken i returned on the back counter and screaming that I am lying. Food is HORRIBLE. Chicken sandwich looked like fish, and tasted like NOTHING. Mac and cheese was cold, biscuits were cold. Everything was awful i would never go back.
