The only CFA i’ll never eat at again. Found TWO hairs in my cobb salad before i got too disgusted to even eat anymore of it. The first one was a small white short curly one, probably a beard hair or something and the second one was longer brown and wavy. Disgusting. I’ve never NOT finished my salad but I can’t , this is disgusting

This Chick-fil-A was great before but corporate took it over and brought in all new people. I don't mind that but when service and food quality go down. Doesn't seem smart with how busy they get. The lines are really bad now and takes forever to get your food. Before it was a well oiled machine and now it's pretty bad. I love Chick-fil-A too. I tried to give them time but it's been 3 months since the change and they're still really slow and seems like food is not the same quality either.

Walked 20 minutes, security guard gives us instructions on where to go and says they close at 3 and we have plenty of time. We get to register at 2:00 worker says NOTHING to us, we look at menu and get ready to order and they say "we are closed". Ask nicely if they would take ONE more order and the manager doesn't even look up or ask a single question.... says NO. NO WAY. Great 👍 you're fantastic

Service is great I normally get the kale crunch salad with my sandwich. Today im disappointed because the kale crunch salad was bad , the kale is brown n mushy. I went to change it n the supervisor told me it's freshly made today . She offer me another one but I refuse because of the first one . I took a fries instead
