Korkoro is located within a Chef’s hall. We went in looking for good sushi, and we definitely found it there! We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the chef’s professionally carry out their craft. The fish source is listed on the wall, so you know exactly what you are getting. The service was friendly and prompt. The yakitori was done to perfection, the sushi was yummy/fresh and the salad was spot on. Kokoro – Bravery Chef Hall Kokoro sits inside Bravery Hall alongside several other concepts, and while the food absolutely delivers, the setting is something to note. This is not the spot if you’re expecting a traditional, upscale sushi-restaurant ambiance there are no private tables. It’s more of a bar-style sushi counter with limited seating, and the prices lean on the higher end for the portion.
