Popped in here in between my kids basketball games last week. Wife and I ordered the redbull refreshers. Very disappointing. Terrible value. Tasted like cleaning supplies. My kids shared some Tim bits, they were perfect as usual. The most disappointing part of the visit was the service. People behind the counter very short with my wife and I. Almost had an attitude that we were there. I won’t be back.

They'll take your money, ask you to pull to the front, then forget about you. You walk inside to see what's going on, there are 2 ladies standing there doing nothing, no customer in the drive thru, no customer inside, but they couldn't pour a latte, because 'the Barista walked off'. This is how businesses go down.

I think waking up in the morning people should be greeted politely by people that actually want to work or at least be in a good mood. The cashier was polite, but the manager seemed like he was in a bad mood. I didn’t want to be there. It just ruins the experience.
