On May 28th at 7:25 PM, I visited this cookout location. Yasmine, the employee, had a bad attitude. I noticed she did something odd with my cup before handing it to me, but I brushed it off—even though some soda dripped then. I placed it in the holder, just trying to get my food. Later, when I picked the cup up while driving, all the soda poured onto my white pants. Honestly, this could have been dangerous—I could’ve had an accident. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior for everyone’s

Never been to a Cook Out before. Tried this one twice since it was close to my hotel. It's OK, but nothing special. Burger was ok. Cheese curds were actually great. Hush puppies tasted like mostly sugar and had no flavor. On a different night I got chicken quesadillas. They don't have salsa and none of the sauces they did have seemed to fit with that kind of food. I ate it plain and it was a little spicy, so kind of OK. The employees seemed kind enough.

DISAPPOINTED! Stopped here for a quick bite! The sign was off so thought it was closed at first but thought it's 6:45pm so how are they closed. Turns out the drive-thru open late sign was lit on the backside of the building. Got in the drive thru line (only one car in front of us) took them longer than it should have to order. Our turn to order and the system sounded bad at first. Couldn't understand what the window worker was saying. After letting her know, she came through clearer so it was probably user error. Notified the young lady at the window about the sign & someone turned it on. She

The usual Cookout experience - plenty of food at a great price! Our group of 5 stopped in to this location after a long day of travel in December 2023. It happened to be my older daughter's 17th birthday and when the employees overheard us singing to her, they were kind enough to join in and then bring her a complimentary milkshake - how cool is that?!?! As is the case with any Cookout we've visited, it's a casual, no frills environment that offers good food at a good price.
