Butcher on the Block is one of those local gems that never disappoints. We originally started going for the brats, and they are easily some of the best homemade brats you'll find anywhere in the area. What really sets them apart is the variety and creativity of their flavors. Favorites in our family include the Philly Cheesesteak, Italian Beef, Tailgater (chicken, hot sauce, and bleu cheese), Smokey Mac & Cheese, and the Pizza Brat, which is always a hit with my kids. Picked up quarter cow this past Saturday. Great place, great service wonderful meat. Took about hour and half drive for this. Settled everything in emails and phone calls to lock in my selection. The owner called me to finalize everything and got a great price. So far the meat has been amazing! Absolutely thrilled with the overall service since it's my first time going with a quarter cow. Prices were great! Thank you for such an enjoyable process. Will be going back when we need to re up!! Comes frozen wrapped in butcher paper and everything is labeled. Highly recommend!

My family has shopped here for about 20 years and everything is always fresh and the staff is always nice and helpful. The deli is fantastic and the Butcher family always runs great specials. It always pains me when some randome person leaves a 1 star review, especially at local owned businesses that takes so much pride in what they do. When you click on their profile you can see that they leave bad reviews everywhere they go. This is truly a local gem and if you haven't checked it out yet, I highly recommend you do.
