I was so excited to eat some Lisa’s after a long day especially since it’s not one close to Frisco. But I was highly disappointed when I got my food and it was stupid cold and seems as if it had been sitting out for the whole day. I will say the customer service was good because he did offer to cook it fresh but due to a long drive back to frisco I just didn’t have time so he issued a refund with no issue and let me keep the drink.

The service was fast and friendly but the food was... not great. Rolls bad, mashed potatoes bad, mac n cheese flavorless (but a good texture), even the french fries didn't taste good. The chicken tenders were still juicy inside though, and everything was served hot as heck even the gravy, so if you don't care about the sides it can still be good just for the chicken tenders. Didn't try the actual chicken pieces myself but my friend was not impressed.

I've seen multiple locations for Lisa's for years but never stopped to try it until recently. This place is a great tasting chicken shop that does not taste like everyone else. It's very fairly priced especially for the quantities you receive. The chicken is always hot, crispy, and severely juicy as it will drip down your arm if you're not careful. They're bone in chicken and their chicken tenders are both very good, they also sell catfish but I haven't tried that yet. WE have to do better! The food was not edible. My husband 3 piece mixed, I ordered 3 wi g dinner. The chicken was cold and dry I could not swallow. I tried to reheat the fries in the air fryer. The fried okra was soft. The corn on the cob was so stale. I literally threw the entire meal away. I called the manager to tell him about the travesty called Lisa’s chicken, to his defense he offered to comb back and he would cook the food fresh. We declined the drive was to long, we were tired it was 100 degrees. What we thought was going to be a new experience turned out to be horrifying. Obviously
