Rarely eat here but I give them 2 stars for not givi g me any ketchup. You should not have to ask for it, disappointing when you drive home amd you are out of ketchup! Sounds petty but it is how I feel!

I went to McDonald’s just wanting a coffee. The drive-thru line was long, so I decided to go inside instead. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The manager, Gabriela, was rude and ignored me when I tried to place my order. She kept telling me to use the kiosk, even after I explained I didn’t want to. She said, “Order there and pay here,” which made no sense when she could have simply taken my order directly. I was ignored for about 13 minutes just trying to buy a coffee. It wasn’t until I told her she needed to humble herself and treat customers with respect that she finally

I’m honestly really upset about my order. I paid for two cheeseburgers meal whitch it comes with a fry, and a EXTRA medium fry, and you managed to mess it up badly. My medium fry was completely missing, and I only received one burger instead of two. On top of that, the one burger I did get was a mess—ketchup smeared all over the bun and thrown together so sloppy it didn’t even look edible. This isn’t just a small mistake, it’s poor service and a waste of my money. Do better, because this kind of experience makes me not want to come back!!!

They messed up my order again. They are always in a hurry to get you out of the drive thru or they make you wait a long time in front. They miss a whole meal and for a “fast food” place its ridiculous. Ive have been here before it was good but lately they have been messing up my orders and im usually a person who doesn’t write reviews. Please get that fixed and make sure your employees are doing what theyre supposed to be doing.
