This burger king needs completely restaffed. The manager/gm Lorenzo is rude and does not care about the customer experience. He had the drive through blocked to carry in product. Once the car was approched to politely ask them to move, his partner/ wife began throwing racial slurs and profanity. We were unable to pick up our mobile order or receive a refund. We contacted the store this morning and asked for a manager he refused to give his name and asked why it was relevant. Worst customer service ever.

Staff was rude. Shoved my food bag at me. They use brown lettuce. Just threw my food into the bag from the looks of how it was packed and swung at me. Worst experience ever at this location.

Went here at 11pm, they had a long drive-thru line. Assuming, a staffing issue. They were only taking one order at a time. Then they'd take the next person, finish them and so on. Causing the drive-thru to be backed up. As we were taking our order the drink options were root beer, coke and sweet tea. No diet or sugar free of any of their drinks. They were fairly quick about giving us the order and getting the order correctly. The staff wasn't rude either, but our food was definitely over cooked. Chicken fries were so cooked they were styrofoam, chicken sandwich was soooo over cooked they were
