I recently visited Arby’s and had an average experience overall. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly, which made the visit pleasant. The ordering process was quick and straightforward, and my food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The sandwiches were decent, especially the roast beef, which is what Arby’s is known for. I got ROTTON meat when I ordered today. Just a few minutes ago. I spit it out and gargled and brushed my teeth. It tasted like absolute death. I went to inspect it and my meat is GREEN!!! Not the marbled green you see sometimes. But patches all the way through. Not sure if it’s a bad batch or just a thing. But there actually green spots allllll throughout my beef and cheddar. Update- called the store. They didn’t dismiss me, and are double checking their meat. So changes my rating to include a 5 star on service. And from a 1 to a three on food. If I could rate this place worse I would. First off I ordered a reuben and got this roast beef burger. My chicken was hardly edible, it was slimy and very thin. I even tried to break it apart more to see if maybe it was just certain parts but the whole piece of chicken was gross

I ordered the Italian Roast Beef combo. Almost $15.00. Not anywhere near worth that much. All it was is a French Dip Sandwich with jalapeños on it. Comes with au jus. I would like to know what part of this sandwich resembles anything Italian. Certainly not the jalapeños. Plus the sandwich had very little roast beef. Customer service was mediocre at best. This place is going downhill.
