Stayed at bottleworks hotel and thought I'd try this coffee out! Got a Pistachio Orange Cold Brew and my wife got a Lavendar Chai Tea Latte. The Chai tea was pretty good, but my cold brew was AMAZING! Inspired me to get away from drinking at chains and start trying smaller coffee shops near my house to hopefully find an amazing cold brew like this. Staff was super friendly and awesome as well, and def. has a great coffee workspace vibe going.

It was my first time at Blue Collar Coffee, and I had no idea what to order. The cashier was incredibly helpful—after I told him what I liked, he came up with the most fantastic combination! It was so good that I had to take a photo just to remember what to order next time. Thank you for the great service! I'll be back!

I read somewhere that this place is involved in some sort of homeless outreach. I just assumed it would be a good place to get a basic hot cup of coffee for a reasonable price. Color me an arse for assuming. The black coffee came up to $4.37 with tax. It was only a 20 oz cup, and it was extremely lukewarm. Maybe a little warmer than that. I understand them making a good profit off of the more affluent clientele, but serving outrageously priced lukewarm black coffee to regular Joe's walking in off the street has nothing to do with what community is really all about

Both myself and my wife stopped in for breakfast recently. We asked the person taking our order if the breakfast burrito came with onions. She did not know and did not ask any of her co workers. The menu did not list onions so we took a chance and ordered two burritos. As it turned out our burritos came with onions. We took a few bites and ended up leaving. Please educate your staff on knowing the menu and hire employees that care just a bit.

The coffee here is good, but not outstanding. I think tje price is good for what you get, and the food was standard. The staff was great and really set Blue Collar apart! On a Sunday morning there was at least 3 people working, all with smiles on their faces! They all jumped in when we ordered and smoothly delieved our coffee, pastry, and breakfast sandwich. I feel like so many service workers are overworked and stressed, and I didn't get that vibe here, which really elevated my experience as a customer.

So recently I've been looking for a new cafes to try out and this Cafe caught my eye. I love how they offer seasonal drinks for fall such as pumpkin spice lattes, cinnamon roll lattes, and maple lattes. Personally I tried the cinnamon roll latte and it was delicious! In my opinion a lot of coffee shops tend to mess up lattes by adding too much milk, but this one was perfect. I also ordered an apple strudel which was also delicious! I can't wait to try out there other drinks and pastries next time!
