We had the Françoise & Étienne cocktail and it was refreshing, smooth, and nice. For starters, we ordered the pork skewers with peanut sauce and let me tell you, I normally do not like peanut sauce at Thai restaurants, but this sauce was truly divine. My wife and I both had one of their unique cocktails, the papaya salad, the Satays with peanut sauce, a Pad Thai and the Druken noodles. All of them had excellent presentation and the flavors were authentic, fresh, and robust as good Thai food is meant to be. NOTE: We both got “mild” and it was perfect for us without sacrificing the chili flavors. Unless you are completely spice adverse, I would recommend the mild over the “no spice”, or kick it up a notch! Thank you BODH
