The noodles lacked the chewy texture I usually look for in a good bowl of ramen and felt a bit soft. The toppings were pretty basic as well. I also ordered the seaweed salad. It tasted like a pre-packaged product and the portion was surprisingly small

We recently visited Wei Ramen for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience. We arrived around lunchtime, and although the restaurant was busy, we didn’t have to wait to be seated. We started with a couple of appetizers—the crispy shrimp and gyoza. The crispy shrimp were perfectly fried, light and crunchy on the outside while still juicy on the inside. The flavor was on point, and we really enjoyed them. The gyoza also didn’t disappoint—crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. For the main course, we both had ramen.
