Hate to do this because I come here all the time. This is normally a 4 star joint all day, but seeing as this is a potential health hazard, I have to write something. Went in on a Sunday like I normally do to get some prime rib. I noticed that they had a new pork dish that I hadn't seen before, so I gave it a try. I spent my birthday celebration at Fresh Grill Buffet inside Fantasy Casino. Since we took a weekend family vacation at a nearby resort in Indio, California, Fresh Grill was the best dinner choice since it was a couple miles away. We had one main server, forgot his name.
