Macario’s Grill did not disappoint! I ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas, and they tasted fantastic—perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Wanting something a bit healthier, I also added a salad, and I could tell the ingredients were fresh. My favorite was the lime and cilantro dressing… unbelievable. It’s clear they take pride in their food. The environment was different in a fun way. It works as a nice sit-down restaurant but also has a hip vibe that younger crowds would enjoy. Macario's is a legendary gem that everyone needs to visit. Their food is outstanding and drinks are great. Their new location on Hwy 111 is an improvement from their previous location of multiple decades. As you drive up, don't turn away. The entrance is a little dark, but pull the door anyway.
