This place I had to leave 2 times because they were to busy doing grubhub and other food pick up delivery. The store had 12 people in it waiting. That's fine but why do food delivery services take president over customers in the store. The people at the store should be taken care of first. "The in store customers" the people at home can wait. They had 12 orders for grubhub on the counter and a huge line in the store ridiculousness. I left

Damn i aint no rocket scientist but even i know how to make sure i aint handin out the wrong shit. Been here 3 times and all 3 times yall cant hand me the right shit. First time you gave me no fries. I went in and got it fixed. Second time you gave me the wrong sandwich. I switched it out. Now this time i ask for bbq sauce and you give me extra order of fries? I didnt even pay for the fries nor do i want extra fries i wanted some bbq sauce. Get yo shit together

I am livid!!!!!! Im a gm at a restaurant so i know what i expect my employees to do/serve/act like etc... the fries i didnt notice until alllll the way back home another town over ( wasn't for me it was for my kid who hasn't been feeling well so I let her have whatever she wanted today) the fries literally took my kids tooth out it was that hard. I can tell you need to change your oil like yesterday not only were they burnt or re cooked there was 0 salt to make up for it. My kid would never even give me a fry and she threw both small fries right out. 20$ for what?!?!?!??!?!?!?? I want my money

I will say this, yes, the drive thru was packed but I ended up missing food from my order. I went inside. Literally stood there for a good 10 minutes right by the register until someone noticed me. Told her the mistake and then a guy comes storming in yelling at them that they screwed up his order. Some reason the guy got the special treatment and had his order taken care of before my order and waited additional 20 minutes. Anyway, the total time I was at Wendy's for a Jr Bacon cheeseburger with no tomato and extra cheese and two Jr cheeseburgers with no tomato, a total of 45 minutes. It's bey
