After going to the Burger King up the road, which was a complete disaster of a meal, I decided to go to Jack-in-the-Box. Service and atmosphere was fine, but once again the food did not match exactly what was being displayed. It lacked the level of stuff that is being shown on the board. I thought about returning it, but I was hungry, so I ate it anyway. It was an okay burger, but definitely no where near the corporate quality I have had and would expect from a Jack-in-the-Box. They are trying to program us into the new norms. They had shrunk our sandwiches so much that you think this sandwiches this is for a 7 yrs young kid. Then they charge you for it as much as a regular sandwiches Prices are really high. Food sizes are midget size ( bite size) with big name & deceiving enlarged photos . The sandwiches is almost the same size as a house key or a sauce packet What a joke Food taste & food quality edible but not so good Service is terrible. If you go inside. No one's come talk to you or greet you. You are ignored. No matter how much you try to get their attention

Placed a mobile order here on accident so I had to drive 45 mins+ to this location because the app wouldn’t let me cancel the order, they already had the order sitting on the counter waiting next to the window instead of making it fresh like it’s supposed to be when you check in at the box. I kindly asked for a remake on my food since everything was cold and soggy and the man at the window told me he couldn’t remake it. $50 for a cold meal is unacceptable and i definitely won’t be using the app again to place an order since they don’t have a cancel option.

Good food and quick. Open 24 hours. Overall a great experience with one issue. Twice now when I've ordered diet soda options I've been given normal, the resulting spike in blood sugar is not beneficial for diabetics. Good for food but get the caffeine fix elsewhere.
