Everyone was so nice and went way above and beyond with trying to get my bakers dozen ready. They didn’t have enough bagels of certain flavors and went to make more fresh and made the very small wait not bad at all with some yummy treats and just amazing customer service. It was a holiday and everyone had a smile on their face and was just genuinely very nice.

Typical Panera bread, food was good, all the ingredients were fresh as Panera usually is! I was a little surprised that they didn't have hard boiled eggs which I usually get but it was still good regardless. I also got a bowl of chili through the app and it was ready literally in under a minute from the time I ordered it. I would definitely recommend this location for fast fresh good food.

4 Stars – Panera Bread on Hendricks Ave I really enjoy coming to this Panera. The food is consistently fresh, the coffee is solid, and the staff has always been polite and efficient. The space is clean, well-kept, and has a relaxed atmosphere—great for grabbing a bite, catching up on emails, or just unwinding. That said, the one major downside is the parking situation. The lot has a strict 2-hour limit and is live-monitored, which isn’t ideal for anyone looking to hold a casual meeting or sit down and study for a few hours. I love this Panera Bread location. I stop for the Breakfast Egg Souffles whenever I am close. So incredibly delicious and filling. All are fantastic, but my personal faves are the 4 Cheese and the Spinach & Artichoke Egg Souffle. For lunch, they have one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten - the Turkey-Bacon Bravo with Avocado on Tomato/Basil Bread. Gotta try to believe it. The restaurant is always spotless, inside and out, and the staff is always friendly and pleasant.
