Stopped in today while juggling a hectic day with the kids, and I just want to recognize the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the team here. The manager handled everything with patience and genuine care, and it honestly turned my whole day around. On top of that — the food looked AMAZING. Easily the freshest, best-prepared Bojangles meal I’ve ever received. Everything was hot, cleanly packaged, and clearly made with pride. Order is ALWAYS wrong at drive-thru. I ordered the 8 piece tailgate. Was told they just sold 2 of those so they were out of chicken. At a chicken restaurant, they are out of chicken. I asked how long it would be. I was told 20-25 minutes. I said fine and continued with my order. Then was told I could get all dark meat. I said fine. I ordered the 8 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. I was told no green beans. So I ordered pinto beans instead. And UNsweet tea. Got my order home. Pinto beans and green beans (that I was told they were out of). No mashed potatoes.

My insanity ends today. I don’t know why I thought things would get better. I order a Pepsi Zero and get a regular Pepsi after repeating my order twice. Ask for no mayo and get mayo. Figured it out after the first bite and let my wife have the rest. You can see the mayo in the picture. Asked for no tomato and could smell and taste the tomato they removed. Good thing I am not allergic. I’m done with this location.

I’ve given this place chance after chance and they can’t help but screw up your order. They all back their talking and playing around in stead of doing their job. Pants hanging off their butts. This is the 5th time they’ve got my order wrong! “ two cajun fillet biscuits and one steak biscuit” ! That’s all I ordered. It doesn’t seem that hard but they just can’t get it right. I got three bacon biscuits. Drove all the way back to my house and now I’m driving all the way back to get what I paid for. If the employees weren’t in the back playing around, maybe they could get somebody’s order right.
