This location is a HORRIBLE representation of Chick-fil-A Corporation. This location has NEVER gotten my order correct and tonight was no exception. I was using three complimentary free sandwich gift cards that I had received over my two previous visits for screwed up orders. Tonight, I placed my order with Margaret for three free GRILLED chicken sandwiches. After a long wait, a short girl with short black hair came out with three orders of grilled chicken nuggets. The drive-thru at this location has progressively declined in recent months since the management decided to remove the dedicated mobile order lane. I have been a loyal customer since this location opened and NEVER had any delays in the drive thru until recently. All of my visits are at same time of day, early in the lunch hour (11 AM). I used to be in and out of the drive thru with my mobile order in under 5 minutes. Today I was in the line for 12 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I received my food. This evening, our family of four had dinner at your restaurant. The young female server who took our order was incredibly kind and patient, even though our English was not easy to understand. She always kept a smile and treated us with great care and respect. The food was delicious, but her service was so outstanding that it truly moved us. Thank you very much.

I order the sausage bowl, and this is what I got. What is this? Your put 5 pieces of sausage with little egg not even a toddler can eat. Your need to do better with the amount of food your serve. This is the second time this is happening.
