My boyfriend I love Taco Mac and come here often but tonight was a particularly enjoyable experience. The service was above and beyond and our food came out very quickly. Our server Juan did a great job of letting us know about new items on the menu and making sure we had everything we needed. Shoutout to manager Hailey, she was super sweet and accommodating. Food was as to be expected. Generally speaking, if you have wings at this location they are going to taste like wings from the one down the street. I'm actually not going to include my order as I don't think it's necessary here, and my hope is not to have management target a particular individual for my upcoming complaint and instead for management to take the opportunity to gather the team and go over expectations. Extremely disappointed with our recent takeout order. I ordered the fried spicy chicken sandwich, and it was still raw inside—a serious health hazard. My wife ordered garlic parmesan wings that looked like someone just slapped them together without any care or proper cooking. This wasn’t just a bad meal—it was a complete failure on both the cooking and quality control side. Whoever prepared this food and whoever allowed it to be boxed up should not be in charge of food service. There’s clearly no accountability in the kitchen.
