Well I did go 30 minutes before they closed and they were out of the salad I wanted but said they would make me one, I asked for extra black beans and corn mix and they told me they only had enough fit one portion, when I got home and looked there were no beans at all, literally 2 kernels of corn and the cheese was nearly non-existent, I was very sad, but... the guy that took my order was pretty awesome, I think his name was Kristian, and the nuggets were apparently really good but I'm the one leaving the review and I didn't like that salad hence 1 star on the food lol, and the picture I'm pos

I love this location and usually stop every time after errands. But today was just amazing— I did a curbside order and the wait time said 3-7 mins, which I knew would likely be longer since it seemed busy! I was content to wait an extra little bit but the employees running the curbside service were on top of it today. Someone came out to my car twice to tell me the status of my order and when I finally got it they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich and two free cookies!!! I waited maybe a total of only 10 mins. Exceptional customer service as usual, Chic Fil A!

Molly took our order and she was very very sweet and had great customer service and Braydon and delivered our food and we got the same Outstanding service from him. These two deserve a shout out for just having great attitudes. Our food was good, but it's always good here. We love the Indoor playground. We mis the one in Kingsport

I’m not sure what’s going on here but I get the Kale Crunch salad at least once a week. Lately the container has been 1/2 full. I’m paying $4.09 for $.25-.$.50 worth of kale, at least fill up the small container. I called and spoke to Tim who graciously gave me a replacement but it was the same as the one I called about. It’s delicious but it has just not been worth $4.09 lately with the reduced portion. Please fix this issue 🙏🏻.
