On Friday 6/12/26 I believe around 7:30 pm I put a doordash order in using instacart my burger didn't have much of a flavor since there was very little tomato pickles lettuce onions like I had requested. The other two burgers were fine according to my children my daughter's kids meal cheeseburger was fine unfortunately all of our fries were stale and cold you can definitely tell they were an old batch. I had ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my toddler the nuggets were extremely dry tasteless and cold. To be honest I would have given one star the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because

Service was great, food was fresh but what what really made our experience enjoyable was Andrew - very welcoming, very friendly; we came in late yet he never made us feel like a burden. Definitely recommend, customer service is the real reason we come back to places.

If i could give 0 stars i would!! That place is a joke. 45 minutes for 4 ocs and 2 medium fries. And then the asian manager wants to reuse fries she took to the lobby and was wrong order so she put back in the fry station to use for other customers? Umm no thank you, that is nasty and totally not okay!! If this is how bk wants to be ran, shut this location down!!!!!

Food is always good, considering it’s fast food. Service is always nice and place seems to be clean. The service can be slow at times when ordering on the app, seems to be due to lack of employees, but the ones working are always working hard and are polite.
