2nd time in a month I find a hair on my coffee. First time on the whipped cream on my ice latte and I said things happens and I let it go and the 2nd time I was like that’s it. They need to have proper gear for beards and hair. I try to call them to inform them I would need a refund after work 5:45pm and their phone continues going on busy mode. I’m sooo angry, this is disgusting.

Every time I order a bagel, they make it in the same machine they cook the hashbrowns in and it taste horrible like burnt hashbrowns, and the texture is rubberized and chewy. They are the only Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to that don’t know how to use the toaster.

I’m lactose intolerant. I asked for oat or almond milk. They gave me cow milk. I vomited everywhere on my way to work and at work. Maybe since I’m Hispanic they were racist to me. Don’t recommend.
