My family and I recently tried Bistro Casanova for the first time since the new owners took over, and we absolutely loved it! I ordered the Linguine al Funghi with chicken, and it was delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and so satisfying. We also ordered the bread basket, which was soft, fresh, and wonderfully fluffy. The ravioli with butter and sage sauce was another favorite-my daughter loved it so much she ate every last bite! And she's a picky eater. Went for Happy Hour and chose the Ciopinno instead! It was exceptional and full of flavors. The Restaurant faces the main street, but you have to drive around the office building to find it tucked away. The menu had numerous entrees that looked fantastic.
