The service started off as poor. They were out of potatoes so I settled for slaw. The staff kept forgetting items or giving us the wrong items. When we got the food home we noticed raw chicken, burnt biscuits and slaw tasted old. This is the worst Bojangles by far. I would avoid.

This might be the best Bojangles I’ve ever been to. It was really clean and the staff were friendly. Side note, I don’t know what playlist this Bojangles uses but it’s absolutely elite. Quality of food was good, had no issues ordering and receiving timely. Overall a good experience and would come here again if my travels take me back through this section of 85

This was the slowest service I have ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant! Also out of ketchup and no lids or napkins. Floors were dirty and tables were not clean. Took 25 minutes to get our food. The guys working did their best but needed some help or a manager there directing. I would suggest not stopping at this location unless you have a lot of time to kill.

I've been to this location multiple times throughout these past few years & I can honestly say service & quality has changed. Not for the better but its gotten worse. We ordered the family meal with 8 chicken pieces & 12 surpremes. Which came with 3 sides & half gal. We were missing the side order of cole slaw & dipping sauces. We rolled back to drive thru window to ask for missing items & the girl asked if we checked the white bag for the cole slaw. Of course we checked, that's why we knew we were missing it! They were the ones whom didn't check our order. We asked for our sauces & she said
