Found hair in my biscuit. Made me pull up and wait. Girl brings food out and no drinks. Acted irritated. Brings drinks and no straw. Found out there was no sauce in the boxes. This is why I think it’s pointless making people pull up. Would have been way easier at the window.

Not sure who set up the kiosks but some items are not even able to be ordered successfully because of missing configuration options. The workflow is absolute garbage, but if it functioned customers would at least be able to consistently use it. No matter what, you just cannot select or edit sides on a combo, but you can proceed to pay without doing that. The options are completely missing for what I tried to order.

I don't know what is wrong with this bojangle but I doordash from this store twice and got my order incorrect both time. I want dark meat only. The receipt even say so.

Everything was fine until I got up to the window to pay. Could barely get there as there were two cars blocking the area waiting for their food. Got my food and then couldn't get out of the line as I was blocked in. Once I got to work, I went to go eat my biscuit and it wasnt what I ordered. I ordered 1 egg and cheese biscuit and got 2 bacon biscuits. Very disappointed with this visit
