Pizza doesn’t even taste like papa John ingredients yuck…. Also I’m missing cheese needs better trained workers. Poor quality.

The food isn't bad, but, they might give you a medium (12 inch) instead of a large. a large has about 1/2 more sq inches. If you subtract the extra inches of crust and consider that there are less toppings then its practically a small (10 inch). This seems like something other papa johns have been doing too. The Last time this happened. I had to request to be contacted 3 times before the store manager emailed and said that it looked like they had given me a stuffed crust and that only comes in 14 inches.

This is not an eat in restaurant. So I'm not sure that atmosphere applies here but there isn't anywhere to sit and you aren't greeted when you walk in. It's a mix bag as far as what you'll get. I've had both phenomenal pizza and garbage pizza from here. If you order extra cheese it's a gamble. I've gotten extra cheese that is perfect and I've gotten an extra cheese pizza that literally had almost no cheese. 🤷‍♀️ I'll add a pic of the last "extra cheese" pizza we received. Food is always great & correct. No issue with the actual store. Do not order online delivery. They deliver through door dash & don’t properly translate your selections for delivery instructions after the order is placed. We order from here frequently & always select “leave at door” through the Papa John’s website, because our dog is not friendly with strangers & our cats frequently try to run out the door. It’s easier for us to grab it after the driver has left. Never has the door dash driver just left it at the door. Not sure how the whole process works, but it’s obviously not with enough tho
