When I visited today, the staff was welcoming. I shared my concern with the manager, who kindly explained that their sausage is typically prepared that way. However, she offered to remake it, and I appreciated that. Overall, they resolved the issue well.

I don't like leaving non-perfect reviews especially when the staff worked super hard but it must be said .. Waffle House doesn't serve "Waffle's" as seen in my photo. This is 100% an ordinary pancake stamped to look like a waffle. These tasteless/soggy so called waffles are a huge disappointment (sorry just being honest) .
