Delicious food, quaint setting. While it is pricey, the appetizers and dishes are worth their price. We had the Fish Crudo, Eggplant fries and a delectable salad. The mains were the seafood pasta and that was a joy to the taste buds and the visual buds, long rolls of squiggly pasta. Apart from that was the meatball pasta, hearty and filling. The third wntree was the gnocchi which was cooked and flavored to perfection. Service was good although a tad bit slow and have some reluctance to switch out dishes and silverware between the apps and the mains.

Absolutely loved our experience at Lazia. The food was incredible and the service during our meal was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. The host interaction was a bit underwhelming, but it did not detract from how exceptional the overall experience was. The menu options were phenomenal (not too much butter as another reviewer stated), and everything came out hot (also another review we read). We will definitely be back!

Came across Lazia in Kansas City during spring break and decided to give it a shot—safe to say it did not disappoint. For a city known for BBQ, this place is a true gem if you’re in the mood for elevated Italian. The atmosphere feels upscale without being over the top, and the service matched it. They also did a great job accommodating our kids, which you don’t always get at spots like this. The milk-braised pork shoulder was incredibly tender and juicy—definitely a standout. The chicken parmesan was also done right, classic and flavorful. But the espresso martini stole the show. Easily one

This is a very romantic restaurant and perfect for date night. I loved the atmosphere and the food was good. However, just about everything is cooked in butter so not an authentic Italian cuisine experience but still tasty.
