Went in the other day. Had to take a few days to chill out so I could keep this review clean. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle in a meal. Was handed my food with no cup for my drink. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. Had one worker on the line keep looking at me but didn’t tell anyone to turn around. The girl on the fryer finally turned around and walked up to me. She was on a phone call with lord knows who. Asked what I needed. I said my drink cup for my meal. If I could give location 0 stars for the last 20 years of my life I would. I’ve already written one bad review hoping management would start training each crew properly and to pay attention to their job. I only go to the location out of pure convenience but it’s come to a point I’ll be avoiding it as much as possible. They get orders wrong constantly, give crappy food, they are so concerned about with being so fast rather than putting it together correctly or providing decent customer service. Took a DoorDash order from here tonight. Only saw 2 employees. It took them 11 minutes from the time I arrived to acknowledge I was there and 12 minutes to fulfill an order that had been placed probably 7 minutes before I arrived. So 19 minutes for "fast" food. Oh and in that 12 minutes I was there they filled a whole 4 orders. 2 drive through, another door dash that came in after mine, and the one I was delivering.
