Order the Big Arch Burger twice today the exact same way and both times was made incorrectly. Once ok but twice is crazy. Never had an issue really with them getting things wrong until i try to order this burger.

Usually this location is the better one in Kearney however today was a bummer. My mother found what looked like either a beard hair or a pube in her fries. Absolutely disgusting!

They need to fire most of or all of the workers and start over. Pull up to drive thru... get the "are you using app?" blurb... say yes and then silence. And got to sit there and watch 3 people pull up in the other lane and put in orders. FINALLY get my order put in. Get to window and sat for several minutes while the guy ignores me. Get to pickup window, get handed a happy meal with only a bag of apples in it. No nuggets...no fries. Mention it to the girl and then waited again for the food. Get home and check my 'no onions extra ketchup' qtr pounder and find enuf onions to cook a dinner for 4

Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg, with double bacon. Got home and the muffin wasn't toasted, and there was no egg. Took 10 minutes before anyone helped me at the register and got it remade and it got the egg but still wasn't toasted, and there wasn't extra bacon on it. Took another 10 minutes to get attention again and i apologized ror being a bother then they tried to argue with me and pick apart the sandwich like the bacon was hidden on it. I didn't even make them toast the bun I just wanted to go home and get the bacon I paid 4 dollars for at this point. Rude employees and apparently ca
