I ordered online but wanted a meal instead of just a sandwich. So the deal was just ok. Paid $11 bucks and change for a sandwich, curly fries and a drink. My order was not ready on time but when I asked at the counter they quickly put it together. I like the atmosphere of the dining area and that Coke Zero was available. I might come again if there is a truly good deal.

We use a coupon we get on the mail we decide to try this location,Place is ok , music was a little loud for our taste ,need better cleaning, ( restrooms tables and floors dirty) service was good ,staff was very friendly , food was good, complete and on time , is always room for improvement I'm sure the management will pay attention and do better . Not warm but cold fries. The fries have set long enough to loose any crispy bite; leaving that expected old dead flavor. My love is fried crinkle fries. I left tater cakes to cherish good hot crispy fry. I'm stupid. At the intercom ordering I asked the associate for extra crispy fries. That normally meant refried setting fries which means a excellent crispy fry. Normal fried fries are still undercooked. The young man nailed my 2 sides of red ranch and 2 horsey sauces so I assumed (I'm the idiot) the fries would be hot and perfect. WRONG!!! You know what I reached in my bag and got.

On the evening of May 15, my fiancé and I visited this Arby’s drive-thru. We paid for our food and received our order, but our debit card was never returned to us. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until later after leaving the restaurant. When we checked our bank account, we discovered that our card had been used two additional times that same evening at this Arby’s location for amounts that did not match our purchase.
