I’m here at this location now and this my second and last time coming here ! The lady steffanie b was the person taking my order today at 1:39 pm ! I walked in she didn’t even acknowledge me ! And than i got my food it was old AGAIN and they tenders always small ! All the food is a small portion!!! Always never get my money worth customer service skills always -0 ! Last time i came here they said they was “out of chicken “ only bc i went there when they was about to close ! Anyways the lady today gone say what you want me to do about your food i said actually you can give me my money back !

Had 3 encounters with this establishment but like the saying goes fool me twice or whatever it's on me First time February 11th it seem as if they scraped rice from the bottom of the pan and was burnt and I called about it being that I was tired from work I did not go get the remake. Second encounter sent my son and the guy Victor tells him his card declines so we wait until it stop pending to call the bank but the bank says we have to dispute it with the merchant because they definitely got it on their end. Came here yesterday afternoon and had excellent service in the drive-thru and the food was great. Only reasons I'm giving it 4 stars is (1) there aren't a lot of mid-price options, it's either too little food or it costs a bit, and (2) my previous experience before this was not good, on a Friday night (after the dinner rush hours)... Food was undercooked and mushy, and service was slow. After the positive experience yesterday, I am likely to come back here, but probably just at times when I know food will be fresh.

The service by Marcus and Amari was more than incredible. They helped us get our order straight even though the Golden Chick app did not work. They took their time to help us. The chicken tenders were tasty although they were extremely small. The Cole slaw was very good. The fries were tasty and crispy. I will give it another try, but for the price we paid for the tenders, they should be much larger. Although, as I said Marcus and Amari could not have been more helpful and friendly. They are both a great asset to Golden Chick.
