I cannot believe this gem has been sitting in my backyard the entire time I’ve been in Marietta and I didn’t know about it. Seriously the best and most authentic Vietnamese in all of Georgia. The pho is steaming hot and the scent of spices and herbs, especially the cinnamon, is really phenomenal. I enjoy going to 575 Bistro. It’s a great Vietnamese spot in Kennesaw and one of my go-to places when I’m craving Vietnamese dishes. I always order the vermicelli bowl with pork and an egg roll. I also highly recommend the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. They’re light and the peanut sauce pairs well. Prices vary depending on what you order.
