Long wait with only 1 car. They only had 2 drinks. Again the coffee was not even close to being hot. It happened last time I figured I'd give them another chance. I will say the one in Acworth of Cobb Parkway service is so much better and everything is always hot

Tried to buy some food and coffee here and no one here is smart enough to detect fake money so I couldn’t actually get my items. Too many idiots accepted movie money for me to pay with a legit $50 bill for my $17 order. This is why we gotta teach the kids how to read.

This is the only dunkin that is consistent in my coffee not tasting right. I know what my order is supposed to taste like & this one is always off. I’ve been to this one and the other dozens of times & I avoid this one if I can. My latte tasted like milk with watered down espresso this morning & I was over it lol. Idk if they didn’t fill the portafilter all the way or put a smaller shot than the cup size calls for. I’d say this location has less than a 40% success rate while others like chastain & other Cobb pkwy ones have near 100% success rate & never misses. Idk if it’s because this one has

This is my Very first time coming to this location and never have I ever experienced bad service as I did today. I ordered a Medium Sized Matcha and I asked for light ice. The lady in the drive thru refused to fill my cup up. And deliberately told me she will not do so because of store policy. I have never heard of this before. And she kept repeating herself as to why I can’t get my moneys worth instead of apologizing and giving a better response. Also I ordered food and it’s was cold.
