Unbothered staff, bugs in the food, and declining standards ​I used to be a regular Chipotle fan, but the quality has taken a massive dive lately—especially at this Kent Station location. ​During my last visit, I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, guac, and lettuce. After sitting down to eat, I looked closely and found a small insect mixed into the food. It looked like a baby roach or a small beetle. Either way, it completely ruined my appetite. ​When I took it back to the counter, the employee showed absolutely zero surprise. She just casually offered to remake it for me. Wh

I don’t give bad reviews but this is the worst chipotle I ever had. The chicken was overly roasted and the sour cream was so thin that it made my bowl mushy. If I had a dine in, I would definitely ask for a refund. DISAPPOINTED

Came in to get a bowl and double chicken. Employee said it will be a 3 minute wait. I wait and see the chicken come out and I’m standing there a good 15 minutes getting skipped after 10 customers been helped and served chicken, I walk over and ask when can I get served? She says sorry I forgot as if it’s okay and then proceeds to give some attitude. I come here all the time and was shocked this happened.

I was in and out super quick around noon today. Good service. I got back to work and started eating. I got a steak bowl with a side of chips and guac. There was plastic in my guacamole. And after I found that, I stopped eating. I found it when I was about halfway through eating my food. After about 10 minutes, my stomach started hurting really bad and ended up with a realllllly upset stomach on the bathroom. If you know what I mean. I had to throw away half my overpriced food. Will not be going back. Not worth the upset stomach. How embarrassing at work.
