Americano doesn’t taste like the Americano I asked for. The staff was not attentive to the order details, and my lid was squished on the drinking side (hopefully they wear gloves). Also, who came up with the double cup idea? I thought we were saving trees, Starbucks?

I had a great experience with pick-up at this location. There is walk-up window on one side and drive thru on the other. Tip: There is always a long line at drive-thru, so I order on the app and walk-up for convenience.

Trinity with the cool purple hair and the supervisor were so kind to me and my girls. Really appreciated the experience this evening. I love the Starbucks blonde roast with a splash of heavy cream and the supervisor actually made me a pour over! every location tells me they don’t do it anymore and they use the machine but the pour over is just so clean and smooth. Thanks for making our night—it was perfect 👍🏽
