We've always come here to get something sweet. However, this time, they have chosen to do things differently with their sundaes. I stood there for a few minutes waiting on them to finish their conversation as they didn't acknowledge us as we were the ONLY ones standing there at that time! My daughter asked for a vanilla ice cream cone, and they gave it to her in a cup. I asked for a particular sundae, and all of the TOPPINGS were on the bottom of the ice cream. This was my first visit here and I’m unsure I’ll be back. I ordered a lemon twist soft serve chocolate dipped cone. So many things wrong. They gave me plain lemon, not lemon twist. The chocolate magic shell they dipped it in is either low quality or they didn’t give me enough because after it hardened it left holes that leaked all over the ice cream. They handed me the ice cream dripping all over my hand with no napkins. I had to get back in line, making a sticky mess, to get napkins.
