This Old Town standby is excellence itself in both food and service. We sat next to two couples who come down every year and eat here. I had the hog fish special with rice, shredded carrots, and lima beans, which was the single best meal of the trip—based on my friends’ recommendations. Of course, I had to plunk for the Key Lime pie with toasted marshmallow topping and meringue on the side with fruit. This place isn’t cheap, but boy is it special.

When we first drove up, we saw people sitting outside enjoying their meal. When we walked in, it was a traffic jam with people and servers, trying to get by and stay out of the way of each other. They had plenty of pillows with blankets for the cool weather. However, our table felt like an undulating putting green. There was no flat spot to put your drink.Everything was at a slant. My chair was wedged up against a pole. We ordered the burrata and lobster bisque as starters (half a cup of soup, see picture, not worth the money), and the bisque was served at best, cool, it was sent back for some

The Hog fish was so delicately prepared. It melted in our mouths! Would come back here 100%. Check hours even if booked on Open Table as their hours change and we booked but they were actually closed but they honored the reservation and treated us very well. Thank you for the high end treatment despite the situation.

Five stars. No notes. Everything was absolute fire. Awesome service, excellent food, wine and dessert. We both had the hogfish snapper. Key lime pie is the best around, hands down. Highly recommend!!
