Don’t make the mistake of coming here just for the drinks and atmosphere because it’s on Duval St - the food absolutely deserves the spotlight. The fish and chips were some of the best I’ve ever had: perfectly crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The Reuben was outstanding as well, piled high and done exactly right. And the onion rings… wow. Crispy, golden, and addictive — easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. This Irish bar delivers far beyond expectations. Great atmosphere, yes — but the food alone is reason enough to come back.

We visited in late September during a pretty slow week, but stopped in for a few drinks in the afternoon. A cruise ship was in port so that helped fill the bar a bit, but you could tell this would be a really fun spot with a good crowd. They had a great musician playing life music and really nice staff. I came down with a couple of patches and our server helped me get a few pictures at the wall before ensuring it would be hung up with honor by the others. Turns out a ton of the bars down there hang patches so I should have brought a lot more, but this was great spot to leave one. We didn't get
