We chose Nine One Five for my birthday dinner and it ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. We sat on the front porch, which was my favorite place in the restaurant. Located on Duval Street, this restaurant sits in a cute building with stylish indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated away from the street, on the first floor. The food and drinks were very good. Our entrees, though very small in size, packed a flavor of punch. For the area, this was a pricier spot we went on our trip (although we do find everywhere in Key West to be pricier). Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Waiters we're very attentive even during a very busy night. All the appetizers were fabulous and good for sharing. Highly recommend the asparagus and cauliflower. We had the Ahi Tuna and She-Crab Ravioli, each very tasty. They were a'la carte though, which is where the appetizers come in handy. Nine One Five served up small plates in an intimate setting. As a vacationer in Key West, it was one of the more expensive places I ate as a solo traveler. My cozy seat at the bar was met with fast service. In hindsight, I should have ordered both small plates to arrive at once to provide variety. I got the carpaccio topped with some (truffle?) aioli.
