I had a very disturbing experience at Brick & Forge Taproom today After being served and eating my meal, I discovered a cockroach on my plate. This is not an exaggeration—this is exactly what happened. Finding something like that after already eating is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I have documentation of the incident, including photos and my receipt. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately, because no customer should ever have to experience something like this. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

My son took all of us here for mother's Day. They were eight of us all together. Everyone's food was exceptional. I ordered the catfish tacos. They were so amazing that everybody tried them from my plate and everybody loved them. Our server Sky told us that the lady that was walking by us at that moment was actually the cook in the morning and did the catfish. It was so good I want to take her home so she can cook for me everyday! Three people ordered from the breakfast brunch menu and loved their food as well. Great food and service. Both my wife and I have food allergies and Patsy, our server, made sure we did not have any issues. The catfish "street" tacos were fantastic. Fillets were good sized and cooked to perfection. They were crispy on the outside yet moist and tender inside. The salted caramel fries were to die for. Try them with the marshmallow sauce!

Pretty chill place. Not to loud but not quite. Great atmosphere. Super good food. All the plates we got looked very appetizing. So much flavor. Service is also. Great or sever was always near by. If you’re looking to drink an eat great food with family and friends this is the spot.
