I tried here twice onde for breakfast once for dinner. We came to have breakfast on a Wednesday morning and we were blown away by the amazing waitress. She really made us feel super special and everything tasted great. We loved it so much that we wanted to come again on a Friday night. We came at 8PM when they close at 9. Maybe it was because there was only an hour left for service (although all the tables were full and many other people were just coming). The staff was super rushing, throwing plates on the table. Unique concept in Kirkland! We need more of these places on the Eastside. The staff were friendly and engaging. You don’t have an assigned server but ordering was simple and easy. The food was solid. Everything tasted fresh. The sauces and sides were delicious. We were a bit disappointed in the cake slices (not pictured) we got to go. They are giant, but that is the main selling point. The parking lot chaos matches the chaos inside. This place is hopping! If you go at a peak time, park a block or two away and take the walk instead of fighting people for limited spots. Online reservations available - reserved Sunday at home, drove there an hour later and was able to get seated immediately. We got a wide variety of entrees - salad, eggs Benedict, roast beef / chicken salad, salmon, pancakes… everything was top tier and very fresh. The salad was especially good - the cheese, combination of herbs and dressing, carrots and nuts came together with great depth of flavor and mouthfeel. Only disappointing thing was the side of turkey, which we expected to be grilled, but just looked like deli meat, and also we ordered a latte which didn’t come for 40m and required

Food was amazing. I had the eggs Benedict and it has become my favorite. Flavors are slightly different than the typical eggs benny, but all the flavors went well together. The scramble was so creamy and buttery and so delicious. Lattes are served in a wide cup that it looks like a bowl, but the caramel latte was very well made. The berry bostock was delightful with the almond flavor, but would have been even better warmed up. I think next time, I'll bring one home and heat it up. Brought home a pear brioche (delicious!), black & white muffin (husband loved it) and a huge slice of salted peanu
