As a deliver driver, I frequently pickup from this location and the night crew needs to be retrained, especially the primary order taker at the window - or let go. No matter if there's only 1 order or multiple, they're always backed up, and even when the order was placed 10-15 minutes ago. They're frequently forgetting drinks and I have to remind them, and one time, the main guy at the window changed out the drink from what was ordered because they were "out" and didn't ask the customer, first. He definitely has an I-dont-care attitude that needs to be corrected.

Terrible experience. 1. Waited 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me, even though the entire store was empty. 2. No proper etiquette. “ Hi Welcome to Burger King…” none of that. It’s “ What do you want to order?” 3. They didn’t put my food order in the system. I’m standing by thinking they are preparing my food, which they are not. 4. Employee is on a personal phone call by the register. I have to wait till he’s done to get my food. 5. Half your drinks are not on the menu. If management is seeing this review, all your employees need to do better.

Did order in the mobile app, shows paid and my bank shows the transaction yet the worker inside was clueless and couldn’t help. Rude employees and bad service.

Location Monroe NY Burger King location. The manager doesn’t wear a name badge, but his name is Sam and, other employee Jaden, are very rude and very very disrespectful. Be aware they will provoke and intimidate a customer, because they both verbally attracted me. Yes the manager Sam will allow the employees to escalate a situation by disrespecting a customer along with himself causing a negative outcome over something small and simple that either know how or just simply don’t want to do for the customer although the customer is entitled. In other words Sam “the manager” entices the employees
