The server told me that she had “a whole other side to take care of”. As if asking for the 2 sausages I should have gotten in my order was a problem. I asked for water, and she seemed bothered. My server was a chubby light skin woman with long bleach blonde hair. No reason for attitude. She dropped off the 2 mini sausages. Made it known to me verbally that it was there when I’m obviously not blind. I said Thankyou, and she never spoke to me again. My positive, and happy energy changed towards her, as it was well deserved. I’m a server myself, and I’d be damned if I ever said that to a customer

Miss Monica at Denny’s gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfect. She kept checking on us, had a great attitude the whole time, and made the experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and works hard. Definitely appreciate the excellent service and hope to have her again next time we come in!
