They have been out of Lox three out of the five times Ive last stopped for it, downtown nor Gay St. and I have to physically go check each location. It is my favorite treat and when I'm able to stop to get it I am super bummed when they don't have it and the only way to check if they have it at another location is to go there physically and wait in line. This time they did give me a coupon for a free item next time, super great service! Just expect them to be out of lox and be happy if they have it. 😔 My favorite Dirty Chai in town!

Service was decent, atmosphere is more modern since it is within the hotel. However, their coffee was one of the worst coffees I have had in a while. It was six dollars for a very small beverage. Just not worth it in my opinion, considering at other coffee joints that you can get a better tasting coffee in a larger size for the same price. They also serve different bagels, which looked decent but I did not get the chance to try. Maybe next time I will have a better experience.

Skip the overrated breakfast options advertised all around the marketplace and get your bagel, if so desired converted into one of the breakfast sandwich options, accompanied with a great hot/cold beverage here. They have great coffee, even greater chai, and prices are great, the bagels are great. There is plenty of sitting options in and around the lobby. Staff is kind and friendly, service is fast. I will keep coming back throughout my stay in Knoxville, and don't mind skipping other options and walking 3 minutes extra to get my next coffee fix here. They have almond and oat milk options as

While the service tends to be decent, I asked for a small change to be made on a bagel sandwich and was denied. When I shared that a different worker had previously made the change for me, I was still denied. Also, their coffee is very bad. Coffee and Chocolate down the road has significantly better coffee.
