This is by far the best Arby's in Kokomo. Food was hot,delicious and a great value.The lady at the counter (maybe Abbie) was very courteous. You could tell she appreciated me choosing her restaurant.Its good to see you guys hire more than just teenagers. This lady was a breath of fresh air from what you normally deal with at fast food restaurants. She needs a raise. 5 stars

I use to love the classic crispy chicken... they were the best! I got one tonight and it was hard, overcooked and so thin and half the size as normal! I called and was told that they have changed them to make smaller and fry longer because of complaints that they were not fully cooked before. Sad, I won't be back for another.

when someone POLITELY says, "i'm sorry, this was supposed to be no red ranch", i would expect to just get a new one made. but instead, i got a shitty look by the cashier and they just wiped the bun and threw it back together. respectfully, the backline needs to do better. there is a reason things people get removed from their food, whether it be allergies or they just DON'T LIKE IT. the red ranch was all i could taste and i was so incredibly disappointed. i drove all the way home just trusting they fixed it. they didn't. the food costs way too much for fast food for the workers not to just do

My wife and I went through the drive-through and got a few roast beef sliders, crinkle fries, and strawberry lemonade. It was all fresh and delicious. The service was fast and friendly.
